Based in Raleigh, NC, this hybrid position offers the flexibility to work onsite a minimum of two days per week, with relocation assistance available.

** How you'll make an impact
*** Lead engineering activities across the full project lifecycle
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners
* Serve as the primary technical contact for stakeholders
* Drive innovation and cost-effective solutions in proposals
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract standards
* Support commissioning and construction phases
* Evaluate risks and implement mitigation strategies
* Develop detailed design documents and technical drawings
* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
** Your background
*** Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
* 5+ years of experience in project engineering
* Strong knowledge of NEC, ANSI/IEEE, and high-voltage substation design
* Familiarity with FACTS technologies (STATCOM, SVC, etc.)
* Experience in EPC project environments
* Proficiency in BIM/Autodesk Construction Cloud and Revit
* Professional Engineering License or ability to obtain
