- Lead engineering activities across the full project lifecycle
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners
- Serve as the primary technical contact for stakeholders
- Drive innovation and cost-effective solutions in proposals
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract standards
- Support commissioning and construction phases
- Evaluate risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Develop detailed design documents and technical drawings
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of NEC, ANSI/IEEE, and high-voltage substation design
- Familiarity with Power System technologies (GIS, PASS, etc.)
- Experience in EPC project environments
- Proficiency in BIM/Autodesk Construction Cloud and Revit
- Professional Engineering License or ability to obtain
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
