Together, you will help our clients make critical changes to improve their performance and realize their most important goals. Role Summary We are seeking a talented Licensed Sr. Electrical Engineer who thrives not only in designing full electrical systems—including power, lighting, and fire alarm for large, complex manufacturing facilities—but also values mentorship and leadership.
* Support the design and delivery of full electrical systems including power distribution, grounding, lighting, and fire alarm
* Lead both greenfield design-build projects and retrofits or system upgrades for existing facilities
* Provide technical leadership and oversight on electrical scope across multiple projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and code compliance
* Mentor junior engineers and designers by reviewing work, offering guidance, and supporting professional development
* Serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert during design reviews, construction coordination, and client interactions
* Collaborate with multi-discipline engineering teams to develop fully integrated facility designs
* Participate in client meetings to align technical solutions with business needs and project goals
* Translate client requirements into practical design solutions, often identifying challenges before they arise
* Prepare construction-ready electrical drawings, specifications, and documents for bidding, permitting, and execution
