Join a employee-owned engineering firm as a Water/Wastewater Project Manager and lead the design of water and wastewater infrastructure, including treatment facilities. You'll manage hydraulic modeling, permitting, and construction coordination, collaborating with clients.
The job:- Design and manage water and wastewater treatment facilities.
- Perform hydraulic modeling and support project planning, design, and permitting.
- Lead project coordination, mentor junior staff, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with clients, teams, and contractors to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.
- Utilize hydraulic modeling tools like Water
GEMS and Sewer
GEMS to support planning, rehabilitation, and expansions. - Learn project management skills from senior members.
- Salary: $120,000 - $145,000 + Annual Bonus

- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed PE.
- 5+ years of experience.
