Adecco is seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to develop, implement, and monitor Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) processes and programs. This role supports compliance, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures adherence to regulatory standards across assigned operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, propose, and implement EHS processes, methods, and programs.
Plan and execute EHS program rollouts; monitor milestones and progress.
Analyze and ensure adherence to EHS standards; prepare regular internal and external reports.
Monitor changes in EHS laws and regulations and recommend updates to internal policies.
Support and contribute to internal and external EHS audits.
Maintain operational contact with regulatory authorities.
Deliver EHS training to employees and management.
Stay current with regional and local EHS regulations and standards.
3+ years of relevant EHS experience or Master’s-level entry.
Strong technical knowledge of EHS regulations, compliance standards, and reporting requirements.
Ability to manage non-routine tasks and contribute to process or technology improvements.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
$62.00 per hour
