Job Overview

Duties- Identify inventions through technical discussions with inventors.
- Perform novelty and clearance searches to distinguish inventions from current art.
- Draft comprehensive patent applications.
- Negotiate the scope of rights with the Patent Office.
- Prepare reports and support documentation for patent portfolio management.
- 2+ years of experience in computer science or electrical engineering.
- Strong technical skills and excellent writing abilities.
- Exceptional attention to technical detail.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics.
SkillsTechnical experience in data science, machine learning, AI, IoT, wireless communications, sensors, semiconductors, or optics is a plus.
