** you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of

* * by leading the creation of high‐quality, competitive proposals for complex power system projects. You will be responsible for shaping proposal strategy—bringing together technical, commercial, and operational inputs to craft submissions that clearly communicate value, reduce risk, and position

* * strongly within the EPC this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, finance, project management, and commercial teams throughout the full proposal lifecycle. From early opportunity assessment through final submission and post‐tender clarification, you will coordinate information, align messaging, and ensure every element of the proposal meets customer requirements, internal governance, and industry standards. Your strong communication, organizational skills, and strategic thinking will help you integrate diverse perspectives into a compelling and cohesive final product.
Beyond proposal development, you will contribute to win strategy discussions, provide insights into market trends and competitive landscapes, and support pricing and risk‐review processes. Your work will directly influence
