How You’ll Make an Impact- Lead, coach, and develop consultants while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Identify and pursue new consulting opportunities by building strong customer and internal networks
- Deliver high‑impact advisory projects for key players in the electricity sector
- Drive innovation by proposing and shaping R&D initiatives with clear scope, budget, and outcomes
- Support contract negotiation, proposal development, and advanced stakeholder engagement
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure delivery in line with contractual commitments
- Manage complex projects end‑to‑end, including scope, timeline, resources, and client satisfaction
- Support the contract lifecycle, including follow‑up on new solutions and services
- Over 3 years of experience as a people leader, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and resource planning
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a focus on power or energy systems
- 11+ years (Bachelor’s), 9+ years (Master’s), or 7+ years (PhD) of experience in power system studies or research
- Experience providing advisory services, building customer relationships, and developing winning proposals
- Proven experience delivering high‑quality consulting projects; multi‑disciplinary project experience is an asset
- Strong expertise in power system tools (e.g., PSS E, PSLF, PSCAD) and development tools such as Python, with excellent communication skills
