** As a
** Site Manager
** with
** Linxon**, you will take full command of all on‐site operations from groundbreaking through grid connection, ensuring the seamless and cost‐effective execution of solar and battery‐storage projects. You will lead the field with ownership and urgency, coordinating cross‐functional teams and managing subcontractors to deliver every project safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Acting as the critical on‐the‐ground link between engineering, procurement, and construction, you will drive progress across start‐up, construction, erection, commissioning, and maintenance phases while resolving issues in real time to prevent delays and protect project performance. Through disciplined oversight, proactive problem‐solving, and steadfast commitment to safety and excellence, you will ensure each project achieves its operational and commercial objectives.
** Project Planning & Execution
*** Lead construction activities for new and upgraded high‐voltage substations from site mobilization through energization.
* Oversee contractor construction and maintenance activities in alignment with project documents, engineering standards, and industry best practices.
* Develop, update, and manage detailed construction schedules; track milestones and identify potential delays.
* Coordinate material logistics, including procurement status, inventory management, and delivery to job sites.
** Safety & Regulatory Compliance
*** Enforce all safety protocols and ensure full compliance with OSHA requirements and utility safety policies.
* Monitor contractor adherence to federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate job‐site hazards; ensure safe work practices around energized high‐voltage equipment.
** Quality Assurance & Inspections
*** Review engineering designs, drawings, and construction documents to validate constructability, quality, and schedule alignment.
* Conduct routine field inspections, maintain QA/QC records, and verify contractor workmanship and material compliance.
* Ensure construction adherence to NEC, NESC, utility standards, and all project specifications.
** Coordination & Stakeholder Communication
*** Serve as the primary on‐site contact for clients, engineers, EPC partners, vendors, and local authorities.
* Lead project and coordination meetings; report safety concerns, schedule impacts, design deviations, and material issues.
* Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and safety leaders to support seamless project execution.
* Supervise and guide field crews and subcontractors; provide coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
* Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges impacting schedule, cost, or safety.
* You hold a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field — or you bring equivalent hands‐on project experience.
* You have
