- Deliver high quality products and superior client service.
- Manage, plan, and schedule work efforts on multiple airport improvement projects.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Lead and present at meetings with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
- Maintain and grow MJ’s client base in Southeast.
- Actively participate in industry organizations and events.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET‑accredited program with solid technical background.
- Licensed P.E. required; additional state licenses preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience in the Southeast aviation market, including funding sources.
- Working knowledge of design software packages such as AutoCAD and Civil3D.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
