• Deliver high quality products and superior client service.
• Manage, plan, and schedule work efforts on multiple airport improvement projects.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Lead and present at meetings with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
• Maintain and grow MJ’s client base in Southeast.
• Actively participate in industry organizations and events.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET‑accredited program with solid technical background.
• Licensed P.E. required; additional state licenses preferred.
• Knowledge of and experience in the Southeast aviation market, including funding sources.
• Working knowledge of design software packages such as AutoCAD and Civil3D.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
