Project Manager - Medium Voltage

Teoresi Inc is an international group with offices in Europe and the United States that acts as an engineering partner to customers’ product and process development.

Lead the deployment and execution of medium‑voltage power distribution and utility grid projects, ensuring safe, high‑quality, and profitable delivery from project planning through commissioning.

You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, partnering with engineering, construction, utility, vendor, and customer teams to drive project execution, budget management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination across complex power infrastructure projects.

• Experience managing Medium Voltage (MV) electrical infrastructure, utility grid, substation, or power distribution projects
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management (from planning through execution and commissioning)
• Knowledge of budget ownership, cost tracking
  , forecasting, and profitability management
• Experience with Medium Voltage power distribution systems
• Cross‑functional team leadership
• Contract and scope management
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling platforms
• Experience coordinating engineering teams, contractors, vendors, utilities, and EPC organizations

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in power, energy, or electrical infrastructure projects
• 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role
• Experience delivering Medium Voltage, utility grid, substation, or power distribution projects
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, cost control, and project profitability
• Experience leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders and work streams
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Ability to independently manage projects from initiation through commissioning
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to quality, safety, and project performance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced project environment
• Availability to travel up to 20%
• Proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership
