How you'll make an impact- Lead machine risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Deliver training to build safety knowledge across teams
- Implement safety standards across operations and projects
- Investigate incidents and define corrective action plans
- Support emergency response and containment activities
- Drive continuous improvement of machine safety processes
- Provide technical guidance for capital projects and upgrades
- Develop preventive maintenance strategies for machinery
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Process Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in machine safety, risk assessment, or maintenance
- Knowledge of ANSI and ISO machine safety standards
- Ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system diagrams
- Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Certification (ANSI or TUV) or willingness to obtain
