Position
Senior Transportation Engineer – Raleigh, NC (may involve projects at other AMT office locations)
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise the design and plan development for transportation projects.
- Mentor and supervise junior staff and assist with project management tasks.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure high‑quality design output.
- Minimum of 10+ years of roadway design experience with emphasis on corridor modeling.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required; NC or SC preferred.
- Experience with NCDOT plan production and quantity calculations.
- Broad planning experience with TMP, Drainage, PMP, and Signing is a plus.
- Strong technical proficiency in Micro Station/GEOPAK with corridor modeling; preference for Open Roads Designer (ORD
