  • Ensure a smooth construction site process and oversee progress monitoring, documentation, and communication with suppliers and internal and external partners.

  • Coordinate technical clarifications with customers related to testing and commissioning in close alignment with the project management team.

  • Support the project management team in risk and claim management and ensure quality and occupational safety on site, including non‑conformance reporting (NCR).

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or an equivalent combination of technical education, training, and relevant professional experience.

  • 10 or more years of professional experience in commissioning or commissioning management of large‑scale plants (e.g., HVDC plants, power plants, switch gear, power distribution systems), with solid project management knowledge. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice‑versa.

  • High availability to travel, including worldwide business trips and long‑term assignments on construction sites in the U.S. and abroad, as well as optional offshore assignments.

  • Strong decision‑making, conflict management, result orientation, motivation, and communication skills in international and intercultural environments.
