Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Teamcenter Process Architect to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside SMEs and Business Analysts to design and implement advanced PLM solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing requirements, designing robust technical architectures, ensuring smooth solution implementation, and guiding process transformation initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals with deep Teamcenter knowledge, strong technical acumen, and a passion for PLM solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with SMEs and Business Analysts to gather and analyze business and system requirements.
- Study the current PLM environment and perform gap analysis for solution alignment.
- Develop Technical Design Documents (TDD) and create comprehensive architecture designs.
- Lead the design and implementation of Teamcenter solutions across all lifecycle stages.
- Execute system testing and resolve technical anomalies.
- Continuously update solution documentation and ensure knowledge transfer to the production team.
- Provide technical guidance for process design, integration, and change management.
- Analyze customer business processes and recommend architecture/migration strategies.
- Ensure all application requirements (functional, security, integration, performance, etc.) are reviewed and integrated.
- Strong experience with Teamcenter configuration, testing, debugging, and implementation
. - Proven data migration experience between PLM systems
. - Expertise in RDBMS usage and SQL development
. - Programming proficiency in C, C++, and Java/J2EE
. - Solid Core Java skills, including loops, threading, file I/O, and collections.
- Proficient in XML file parsing
. - Experience with Active Workspace (AWC) and various Teamcenter integration frameworks
. - Hands-on knowledge of ITK
, integrations, and API-based development. - Strong architectural understanding of Teamcenter product suite
. - Experience guiding teams using issue-based problem-solving approaches.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with T4O (Teamcenter for Oracle) and T4S (Teamcenter for SAP) integrations.
- Exposure to Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings
, 3D modeling
, and specification documentation.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in PLM solutions, specifically with Siemens Teamcenter.
