Electrical Engineer Opportunity

Together, we create inspired solutions that improve lives. We are searching for an Electrical Engineer to join our Raleigh Studio.

What You'll Do:

• Work with Senior Engineer to deliver projects.
• Assist with client engagement and management efforts; attend client, consultant, and design committee meetings.
• Communicate and improve design processes with other team members.
• Manage project specific scope, budget, and schedule. Participate in all design and construction phases of projects.
• Participate in project debriefs and lessons learned sessions.
• Lead in planning, design, and documentation of projects. Prepare working drawings.
• Recommend and implement alterations to design to improve quality.
• Provide training and leadership through project work to empower, train, and develop designers.

Education and Experience:

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor's degree or Professional degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering.
• Experience:
  
  5+ years of applicable experience. Experience with in healing, learning, and/or discovery market sectors preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure preferred.
• Software
  
  Skills:
  
  Revit, SKM Power Tools - Electrical System Analysis, Various lighting design software.
• Office Tools:
  Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Office Suite.
