Electrical Engineer Opportunity
BSA designs facilities that support, enhance, and inspire healing, learning, and discovery. Together, we create inspired solutions that improve lives. We are searching for an Electrical Engineer to join our Raleigh Studio.
What You'll Do:
- Work with Senior Engineer to deliver projects.
- Assist with client engagement and management efforts; attend client, consultant, and design committee meetings.
- Communicate and improve design processes with other team members.
- Manage project specific scope, budget, and schedule. Participate in all design and construction phases of projects.
- Participate in project debriefs and lessons learned sessions.
- Lead in planning, design, and documentation of projects. Prepare working drawings.
- Recommend and implement alterations to design to improve quality.
- Provide training and leadership through project work to empower, train, and develop designers.
Education and Experience:
- Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or Professional degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering. - Experience:
5+ years of applicable experience. Experience with in healing, learning, and/or discovery market sectors preferred. - Licenses/Certifications:
Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure preferred. - Software
Skills:
Revit, SKM Power Tools - Electrical System Analysis, Various lighting design software. - Office Tools:
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Office Suite.
