A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Project Manager, you will lead the execution of high‑voltage AIS and GIS substation EPC projects from project kickoff through completion. Your day will involve coordinating with customers, engineering teams, construction personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. You will monitor project financials, manage risks, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Through strong leadership and communication, you will drive project success while maintaining Siemens Energy's commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Lead the execution of high‑voltage AIS and GIS substation EPC projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are achieved.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
Manage project risks, opportunities, forecasting, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning to ensure seamless project delivery.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, safety standards, environmental regulations, and Siemens Energy processes.
Foster a safety‑first culture while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across project activities.
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred).
5–8 years of project management experience supporting high‑voltage AIS and GIS Substation EPC projects.
PMP Certification and proficiency in project management methodologies, including PMI and PM@Siemens.
Strong knowledge of high‑voltage substation equipment, electrical engineering principles, and substation design, with hands‑on construction and/or commissioning experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, including financial forecasting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and EHS compliance.
