You will lead and contribute to design, modeling, validation, and testing activities, while acting as technical authority for liquid and solid insulation systems and dielectric behavior.
Act as technical authority in insulation systems (liquid and solid)
Define and improve dielectric design rules, insulation coordination, and validation methods
Contribute as project member or technical leader in R&D projects
Prepare transformer designs, models, and engineering documentation
Define Design of Experiments (DoE) for validation and support prototyping
Contribute to failure analysis related to insulation, PD, and aging
Build and scale domain capability through coaching and knowledge transfer
Support factories, R&D teams, and customers with technical expertise
Strong knowledge of solid insulation systems (cellulose, pressboard, barriers)
Strong knowledge of liquid insulation (mineral oil and alternative fluids)
Understanding of material–fluid interaction, aging, moisture behavior, and degradation mechanisms
Ability to connect dielectric design with material behavior and long-term reliability
Background or exposure to materials science, electrochemistry, or polymer behavior is considered an advantage
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
