Responsibilities
- Work with teams to support capital projects and implement solutions for clients.
- Develop and execute validation and FDA compliance documents and protocols for pharmaceutical equipment.
- Create and execute FAT, SAT, IQ, and OQ documentation for automated systems in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Assist in developing and executing QMS procedures, ICH Q1 Stability Protocols/Reports, CFR 21 Part 211, CFR 21 Part 820, ICH Q8, Q9, and Q10.
- Perform investigations and troubleshoot issues related to validation.
- Prepare written validation reports.
- Travel to client sites across the country to assist with design, project management, and facility development, demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility with tasks, and ability to interact at all management levels, with clients, and vendors.
- Minimum 3 years of project experience validating automation, packaging, utilities, or facilities.
- Preferred 3 years of project experience in pharmaceutical or medical device environments.
- Strong technical writing and oral communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required for project installation, start‑up, client meetings, training, industry seminars, and conventions.
- B.S. in Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical degree.
