Lead regional water and wastewater projects and guide a growing team within a firm known for long‑term partnerships and technical excellence. Oversee treatment facilities, distribution and collection systems, pump stations, lift stations, and regional planning initiatives.
The job:
- Lead the regional water and wastewater team, overseeing complex infrastructure projects from initial planning through final delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients while serving as a trusted seller/doer who moves critical community projects forward.
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineers and project managers.
- Direct project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and successful outcomes.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of water and wastewater work, including treatment facility design, distribution and collection systems, pump stations, lift stations, asset management, and regional planning.
- Salary : $180,000 - $210,000

What they need?
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 12+ years of experience.
