DRMP is seeking a motivated Traffic Design Engineer to join our growing Transportation team. This role is ideal for an engineer with a passion for traffic operations, safety, and roadway design support
, who is eager to contribute to impactful transportation projects across North Carolina and beyond. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus.
- Signal and intelligent transportation systems design
- Signing, pavement marking, and work zone traffic control
- Supporting DOT and municipal transportation projects
- Collaborating with roadway designers, planners, and senior traffic engineers to develop high-quality traffic plans and technical documentation
