This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead complex building envelope projects, mentor technical teams, develop key client relationships and become a trusted advisor on some of the region's most challenging existing building rehabilitations.

THE ROLE- Lead the delivery of complex building envelope investigation, restoration, rehabilitation and modernization projects across commercial existing buildings.
- Mentor and develop a growing technical team while driving operational excellence, quality and project performance.
- Build lasting client relationships, support business development and help shape the strategic growth of the Building Envelope division.
- Licensed Architect (AIA) with extensive experience in building envelope consulting, restoration, rehabilitation or existing buildings.
- Strong technical expertise in façades, waterproofing, masonry, building envelope systems and repair methodologies.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams, complex projects and client relationships within a consulting environment.
- Commercially minded professional seeking an employee-owned consultancy offering autonomy, long-term progression and leadership opportunities.
