Siemens is seeking an Industrial Engineer for our Knightdale, NC facility to analyze production processes, design efficient work systems, and drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate with production, engineering, maintenance, quality, logistics, and suppliers to improve safety, productivity, cost, and quality.
You’ll lead time studies, capacity planning, and lean initiatives, supporting new product introductions and production ramp-ups. Relocation assistance is available for this role.
