You will design relocations, identify conflicts, prepare plans and estimates, and coordinate with NCDOT, municipalities, and project stakeholders, leveraging AutoCAD Civil 3D, Micro Station, or Open Roads. A PE license and 7+ years in civil or utility engineering are required.
