How You'll Make an Impact- Lead technology transfer projects from concept validation through full-scale production implementation.
- Partner with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
- Develop and execute technology transfer plans, including timelines, resource coordination, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear specifications, documentation, and actionable processes.
- Support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.
- Deliver technical training and ongoing support for new technologies, equipment, and operational procedures.
- Identify technical and operational challenges and proactively implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with legal and business partners to support intellectual property protection, licensing, and partnership initiatives.
- Enforce absolute compliance with environmental, health, and occupational safety rules; lead routine safety toolboxes and verify safety gear availability.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Materials Science, or a related technical field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology transfer, R&D, process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge on DRY transformer manufacturing, process and technology will be a plus.
- Understanding of SAP (PP Module) while strictly adhering to international standards of product safety and technical quality, will be a plus.
- Knowhow on critical technical process parameters to eliminate manufacturing defects and satisfy stringent quality protocols.
- Proven success transferring complex technologies from development environments to production operations.
- Implementation of process adjustment training sessions for operators when introducing new machinery or updated standard operating procedures.
- Strong understanding of product development, manufacturing processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and utilizing project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to travel overseas for a period of time for process benchmarking and documentation.
