Dashiell, an operating unit of Quanta Services, seeks a Director of Engineering to lead the electrical substation engineering discipline from our Raleigh, NC office. You will set technical direction, ensure quality, and drive performance across projects, reporting to the VP of Engineering.
The role requires a PE license, 16+ years in substation engineering, 7+ years in leadership, HV design experience (138kV+), and proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and client relationships.
