CAD Technician III

• Minimum 5+ years of CAD design AND surveying experience (must have both).
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D (2018 or newer).
• Experience with Survey computation, C&G, Trimble data processing, GPS workflows, Boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, Topographic surveys, Utility route surveys, or Construction staking

Job Description

• Produce maps, drawings, easement plats, and survey deliverables.
• Verify accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all CAD work prior to submission.
• Download, upload, and process data from Trimble and GPS equipment.
• Manage CAD drawing files for production, deliverables, and archiving.
• Prepare drawings for project managers, engineers, and staff.
• Coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders.
• Balance multiple assignments across several active projects.

Compensation:

$32-36/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
