Power Make- Design Supervisor

Sigma Technologies, Ltd. seeks a Power Make-Ready Design Supervisor to lead telecom and utility infrastructure design projects. You will oversee power make-ready design packages, guide a team of designers, and ensure NESC/NEC and utility standards are met. Responsibilities include reviewing field data, coordinating with field crews and utility partners, managing schedules, and enforcing quality and safety. You'll mentor junior staff, support project planning and reporting, and help refine design standards in a collaborative, engineering-focused environment with strong growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise power make-ready design team for telecom and utility projects
• Review field data and create or validate power make-ready design packages
• Ensure designs comply with NESC/NEC, utility standards, and safety requirements
• Coordinate with field crews, utilities, and internal project managers to meet schedules
• Perform quality assurance reviews on drawings, calculations, and documentation
• Develop and refine design standards, templates, and best practices
• Mentor and train junior designers and engineers
• Support project planning, reporting, and workload prioritization
• Collaborate with clients to clarify scope, resolve design issues, and address feedback
• Promote a culture of safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement in design workflows
