Job Description Land Development Project Manager / Engineer Raleigh, NC
Are you a civil engineer who loves design but wants more balance and less chaos? A well-established land developer in the Raleigh area is looking for a Project Manager / Civil Engineer to join their growing internal engineering team.

- Prepare grading, drainage, and stormwater design plans
- Review and markup drawings and coordinate with contractors
- Manage site and land development projects from design through delivery
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Ensure quality and compliance with jurisdictional standards
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering
- 4+ years of site/civil experience (residential or mixed-use preferred)
- PE License (NC license is preferred)
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and Hydroflow
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications- Bachelors in Civil Engineering
- 4+ years of site/civil experience (residential or mixed-use preferred)
- PE license (NC preferred)
