• Serve as a liaison between service department technicians and the parts department.
• Maintain customer satisfaction while performing the following duties:
• Meet & greet customers with courtesy and efficiency.
• Provide an outstanding guest experience.
• Determine the course of action and obtain customer authorization.
• Write up service needs and provide an accurate estimate for dollar amount and completion time of work.
• Communicate effectively with customers to achieve satisfactory repairs and sell necessary repair or maintenance to vehicles.
• Know warranty and service/insurance policies.
• Keep customers informed and advise them of prognosis.
• Call customers to set appointments and answer telephones in a timely manner.
• Attend and complete required training and department meetings.

• High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Good reading, writing, and math skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours.
• Computer proficiency.
