Customer Service Rep

- Serve as a liaison between service department technicians and the parts department.
- Maintain customer satisfaction while performing the following duties:
- Meet & greet customers with courtesy and efficiency.
- Provide an outstanding guest experience.
- Determine the course of action and obtain customer authorization.
- Write up service needs and provide an accurate estimate for dollar amount and completion time of work.
- Communicate effectively with customers to achieve satisfactory repairs and sell necessary repair or maintenance to vehicles.
- Know warranty and service/insurance policies.
- Keep customers informed and advise them of prognosis.
- Call customers to set appointments and answer telephones in a timely manner.
- Attend and complete required training and department meetings.
- High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current valid driver’s license.
- Good reading, writing, and math skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours.
- Computer proficiency.
