This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinating direct orders from stock and orders from suppliers, and maintaining an efficient organized warehouse operation.

• This is an onsite position at the Raleigh Warehouse.
• Typical Schedule Monday Thru Friday 8 am until 4:30 pm but subject to change.
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Assists in physical inventory count (cycle count) and reconciles inventory daily.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds with care, following company policies while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Aquapart Creation.
• Assist with order tracking and proactively resolve any issues related to order fulfilment, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Suppliers.
• Respond to suppliers inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
• Arrange shipping from Supplier to Customer when applicable.
• Customs:
  Import.
• Monitor shipments and coordinate with customs, carriers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare, review, and submit documents related to import and export activities.
• Generate MRP Report.
• Generate reports regarding trends in inventory utilisation.
• Compile, verify, and report periodic statistical information to management regarding trends in customer escalations as related to inventory.
• Financial Reporting Month End.
• Act as backup for the Warehouse Lead during vacations and absences.
• Act as backup for SD/SO Order Entry during vacations and absences.
• Physical Requirements
  • Standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds.
• Abide by all company Safety and Policy Standards.

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of experience or a bachelor's degree in lieu of experience.

• SAP/LATIS/WMS/TMS/Order Entry Experience a plus.
