The Event Planning Agent will assist in the planning and execution of a variety of events, from corporate conferences to experiential marketing campaigns. You will work closely with clients and vendors to ensure events are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the development of event concepts and proposals.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
- Manage event budgets and track expenses.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
- Create event timelines and schedules.
- Assist with on-site event management and troubleshooting.
- Research and recommend event vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain event documentation and records.
- Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting.
- Previous experience in event planning or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for creating memorable event experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
