About the role

We’re seeking a dynamic, talented individual to join our team. Reporting directly to the COO/CFO/CMO, you will play a central role in our business success.

This is a special opportunity to contribute across Strategy, Corporate Finance and Growth. If you are looking for a leadership opportunity at a fast-growing fintech company, this spot is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the company’s annual planning and forecasting process.
  • Develop executive presentation materials that align the organization around key business goals and growth priorities.
  • Actively contribute to strategy sessions, including monthly management meetings and the annual leadership offsite.
  • Translate strategic discussions into actionable next steps that will drive results.
Corporate Finance
  • Own and manage the company’s financial projections. Integrate actual results and maintain an accurate forward-looking model.
  • Partner with department heads to ensure budget accountability and identify drivers of financial performance.
Business Analysis + Operations
  • Support the leadership team using business analysis and management reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Serve as the point-person for our company’s Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework.
  • Own our company dashboards and KPI tracking, ensuring visibility into cross-functional performance.
  • Act as program manager for cross-departmental strategic initiatives.

Nice to Have
  • 5+ years of experience. Ideally in management consulting, investment banking or corporate strategy/finance.
  • Leadership experience. Prior leadership role in a growth‑stage business, such as a senior role in finance, strategy or operations.

Relevant industry background. Experience working in technology, AI, wealth management or asset management.
