About the RoleAs an Associate Financial Representative, you will:
- Work with individuals, families, and business owners to identify financial goals
- Create and implement tailored financial strategies
- Build long-term client relationships through trust and service
- Develop a local client base through referrals, networking, and community involvement
- Collaborate with professionals such as tax professionals, attorneys, and business owners
- Grow within a structured development system with ongoing coaching

All required education materials are provided at no cost. Candidates receive bonuses upon successfully passing licensing exams, participate in regular meetings, and coaching while studying. Licensing includes:
- Life Insurance License
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Series 6 or Series 7
- Series 65 or Series 66
- Passion for helping others improve their financial lives
