Job Description
You will work on the Worldwide Commercial Finance Operations team as an Acquisition Deal Assurer/ Approver for a specific new offering. You will provide assurance/approval on behalf of Acquired Finance Assuror/Approver. You will be responsible for reviewing deals submitted by Sales with the following activities:
- Actively manage a queue/pipeline of deals for assurance/approval review
- Prepare summary for Acquired Finance including the bill of material, opportunity detail, non-standard terms, attachments (if related to Acquisition), etc.
- Communicate with Acquisition Assurer/Approver (and Commercial Finance Primary Deals Desk Analysts if applicable)
- Attach decision email/document from Acquired Finance & execute decision in MDM on their behalf
- Analyze all deals containing Acquired PIDs/SKUs to ensure proper assurance/approval was provided
- Provide report to Acquired Finance on assured/approved deals
- Periodic audit of assured/approved deals
- Potentially supporting with non-standard contractual terms

- 3+ years experience performing commercial deals desk reviews
- 3+ years experience with non standard terms and conditions (not just pricing)
- Experience working with excel, outlook and webex
- MDM (my deal manager) experience preferred- if they do not have this, they prefer for them to come onsite for training
- Strong communication skills- they will the liaison between acquired company and internal cisco
