Key ResponsibilitiesLead the credit risk management function, including underwriting strategy and credit policy oversight
Serve as the final authority on credit decisions, exceptions, and escalations
Establish and enforce credit policies and procedures aligned with risk appetite and strategic objectives
Required Qualifications7+ years of experience in credit, underwriting, or risk management within mortgage or commercial lending
5+ years in a senior leadership role with decision authority and team oversight
3+ years at a RTL lender
3+ years of DSCR or Non-QM lending experience
Proven experience in building and enforcing credit policies and procedures
