We’re hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support regional controlling and financial planning functions within a dynamic energy and grid technology environment. This role combines accounting, financial reporting, automation, and strategic analysis.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Support month-end close, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain ledger accuracy (US GAAP)
- Prepare financial and tax-related reports
- Conduct variance analysis, P&L reviews, and balance sheet analysis
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and cost accounting activities
- Partner with Project Managers to ensure financial alignment with project execution (IFRS exposure)
- Utilize SAP and reporting tools to improve financial visibility and automation
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or project finance
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting processes
- SAP experience required
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
This is a high-visibility role supporting cross-functional teams in operations, procurement, logistics, tax, and accounting.
