Plexus is seeking a Vice President to join its Investment Team. This role offers the opportunity to source and execute transactions across the capital structure and support portfolio companies through the life of the investment all while working closely with senior investment professionals, management teams, and capital partners.

- Source new investment opportunities
- Lead all aspects of transaction execution, including financial modeling, due diligence, deal structuring, and legal documentation
- Lead deal teams in preparing investment materials and interfacing directly with the Investment Committee
- Develop and maintain relationships with key deal stakeholders
- Lead portfolio company oversight and assist with value creation initiatives
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- 5–8 years of experience in investment banking and private equity
- Strong command of accounting, corporate finance, and valuation principles
- Proven ability to take initiative and lead complex transactions from origination through close
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Superior analytical and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Team-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
