Role DescriptionThis is an on-site, part-time Teller position based in Raleigh, NC. The Teller is responsible for handling daily banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with account inquiries, promoting bank services, and maintaining cash drawer accuracy to ensure transactions run smoothly. The Teller will work collaboratively with the branch team to ensure the highest standards of service and professionalism are upheld.
Qualifications- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive interactions with clients
- Accuracy and attention to detail for handling cash and processing financial transactions
- Basic math and problem-solving skills for reconciling transactions and addressing customer concerns
- Familiarity with banking systems and compliance policies is a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior teller or cash-handling experience is preferred
- Ability to work on-site in a professional environment and maintain confidentiality
- Adaptability and a team-oriented attitude to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
