Overview

The Wholesale Credit Delivery Associates and Analysts work within Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and/or Wealth specialty businesses, providing financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit structure recommendations for clients and prospects. They take ownership of projects in coordination with a senior Credit Delivery leader, mentor junior teammates, and perform prudent underwriting and credit administration with emphasis on policy adherence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct industry, market, and company research to source prospect names and develop refined prospect lists in coordination with leadership and partners.
  • Develop project materials, including industry, market, company‑specific, and general economic information.
  • Generate customized sales or project content for internal and external purposes.
  • Track calling and marketing efforts to clients and prospects, reinforcing proper use of the CRM system with the coverage team.
  • Build upon foundational understanding of market, credit, products, and relationship‑management skills.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • At least two years of related financial services work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competitive drive and high work ethic; self‑starter and team‑oriented.
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Some understanding of business fundamentals.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum GPA: 3.0.
  • Demonstrated work experience in finance or a related field.
