Position Overview

As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNC’s Mortgage organization, you will be based in North Carolina (Raleigh‑Durham, Wilmington, Charlotte, Winston‑Salem, Greensboro area).

• Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements.
• Manage a portfolio of customer relationships.
• Seek prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.
• Perform sales calls.
• Develop and prepare loan solutions, refer products and services, and review documentation to ensure compliance.
• Manage customer pipeline for efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.

Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.

  Banking products, client prospecting, customer relationships, customer solutions, documentation, innovation, mortgages, sales competencies, customer experience management, effective communications, financial analysis, loan origination, matrix management, mortgage products, sales tasks and activities, scheduling work and activities, selling.
• Work experience:
  
  Typically require a university or college degree with less than 1 year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
