Coastal Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor in Raleigh, NC for a hybrid role. You will manage loan files from application to closing and act as the main liaison between borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and closing agents to facilitate timely closings and clear conditions.
The role requires five years of mortgage loan processing across FHA, VA, USDA and conventional loans, plus solid knowledge of TRID, RESPA and HMDA guidelines.
