Collateral Recovery Specialist

Local Government Federal Credit Union is seeking a Collateral Recovery Specialist to protect asset quality while supporting members with integrity and care. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recovery process for delinquent auto and consumer loans, including evaluating accounts, coordinating repossessions, arranging auctions, and negotiating payments or voluntary surrenders. You'll work closely with vendors and internal teams to minimize losses, ensure full regulatory compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to mission-driven service for North Carolina's local government community.
