Loss Mitigation Manager

Local Government Federal Credit Union seeks a Loss Mitigation Manager to lead risk reduction across consumer and mortgage loan portfolios within our Risk Management & Compliance department. You will design and oversee strategies to minimize losses, manage complex workouts, and ensure adherence to banking and credit union regulations. Partnering closely with Member Services, you'll deliver compassionate, member focused solutions for at risk borrowers while mentoring a high performing team.
