Collections Specialist

Local Government Federal Credit Union/Civic Federal Credit Union seeks a Collections Specialist to support member financial wellness while minimizing credit losses. In this hybrid Raleigh-based role, you'll manage delinquent consumer and small-business accounts, conduct inbound and outbound calls, and negotiate sustainable payment solutions with empathy and professionalism. You will document activities in core systems, interpret aging and risk reports, and collaborate with lending and member services teams.
