The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a customer-focused approach and has a proven track record of resolving challenging accounts while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of complex and high-risk delinquent consumer loan accounts.
  • Contact customers by phone, email, text, and other communication channels to resolve past-due accounts.
  • Analyze financial information to identify the root cause of delinquency and recommend appropriate repayment strategies.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements, loan modifications, settlements, and other loss mitigation solutions.
  • Support escalated collection activities, including repossessions, bankruptcies, and other default management processes.
  • Provide guidance and financial education resources to help customers improve their long-term financial health.

  • Experience reviewing personal financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, and other financial documentation.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
