Commercial Banking Team Leader

This position is primarily responsible for establishing banking relationships with middle market and large corporate customers in and around the region and for the management of a commercial banking team. The incumbent supervises and develops the commercial banking team to maintain and grow the loan portfolio and to develop and enhance customer relationships. The incumbent builds and maintains a portfolio and client base and develops new business and meets corporate clients' financial services needs.

Excellent management skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, excellent customer service skills, excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills, ability to use a personal computer and job-related software, experience in commercial or business banking.
