They report to the Global Royalties Finance Manage rand willpartnerclosely with product, technology, content, and commercial teams to ensure evolving product and content initiatives are executed in a compliant, controlled, and fiscally responsible manner.

Responsibilities include royalty operations activities, implementing and improving financial and operational royalty-focused processes and controls, communicatingstandardbusiness requirements, analyzing data toidentifyand resolve anomalies, calculating financial impacts, and driving risk-aware solutions.

• Identifiesfinancial control gaps, evaluates risk exposure and potential P&L impact, and drivestimelyremediation through structured corrective actions
• Performs detailed financial data analysis to detect anomalies and reinforce financial governance standards
• Applies established internal control frameworks to address routine control and compliance matters
• Proactively explores and tests Lexis Nexis commercial products (e.g., Lexis+ AI, Nexis+ AI) tovalidatebusiness logic, content behavior, pricing configurations, and customer workflows thatimpactfinancial and royalty processes
• Develops, documents, and enhances financial policies, standard operating procedures, and end-to-end process flows to ensure compliance and reporting integrity
• Ad-hoc projects & involvement may berequiredto perform as the companyreasonably requires
