Jaffe Tilchin Wealth Management is a private wealth management firm focused on helping individuals, families, and businesses make thoughtful decisions around investments, retirement, financial planning, and risk management.
Our approach is highly personal and relationship-driven. We work closely with our clients over many years and believe that strong financial advice starts with understanding the client, building a comprehensive plan, and providing consistent service along the way.
We are looking for someone to join our Raleigh office who can immediately help support the day-to-day needs of our advisory team, while also having the desire to develop into a financial advisor over time.
The RoleThis is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in wealth management and learn the business from the ground up.
Initially, a significant part of the role will involve helping manage the day-to-day organization and administration of an advisory practice. This includes coordinating calendars, scheduling client meetings and calls, preparing for meetings, taking notes, drafting follow-up emails, managing client requests, and making sure action items are completed.
At the same time, we want this person to become increasingly involved in the financial planning and advisory side of the business. You will have the opportunity to learn how we build financial plans, review investment portfolios, prepare recommendations, communicate with clients, and manage long-term client relationships.
The goal is for the right person to grow well beyond a traditional administrative role and develop the skills and experience necessary to eventually become a financial advisor.

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, personable, and genuinely interested in building a long-term career in financial services.
The ideal candidate is someone who can handle the details behind the scenes while also being curious about the bigger picture. You should want to understand why recommendations are being made, how financial plans are built, how portfolios are managed, and how strong client relationships are developed.
You do not need to already know everything about financial planning. We are much more interested in finding someone who is intelligent, motivated, organized, coachable, and eager to learn.
