Vice President, Lead Commercial Loan Closing Specialist

• Lead a variety of pre-close activities for commercial real estate loans
• Accurately evaluate and facilitate the upload of data into the systems of record
• Work collaboratively with our loan team, borrowers, outside counsel and third-party vendors
• Handle a high volume of closings with accuracy and timeliness
• Perform quality secondary reviews of loan booking and associated money movement documentation
• Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers

• 5+ years of Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management experience
• 5+ years’ experience in closing commercial real estate loans or equivalent experience
• 5+ years’ experience of commercial real estate syndicated and bilateral lending
• Experience with nCino, commercial lending technologies, and loan documentation
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrates extensive experience in Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management and closing commercial real estate loans, with a strong focus on accuracy and collaboration in high-volume environments. Proficient in utilizing commercial lending technologies and ensuring quality in loan documentation processes.
